Relay!

This past weekend was not only dance recital, but also our county's ACS Relay for Life. This year was our first year participating and the Danielson family/team walked to remember our Poppies. (Tim's dad lost his battle with brain cancer/tumor last June) Although Jordan and I could not be there as much as everyone else, we still put on our walking shoes at 11pm Saturday night after a full day of recital to walk for poppies! Our team raised almost $700 for ACS and we even won some kudos for our participation. The entire weekend raised over $74,000! It is our heartfelt prayer that they can find a cure for cancer sooner than later. This is a disease that has found its way into every family in some way, shape, or form. It strikes the young and the old, men and women, no matter what your background or race is.
