Can't you just hear Willie Nelson's version of an adoptive parents documents being mailed/Fed Ex'ed over and over again! Anyway, our 2nd addendum to our homestudy was overnighted today to the USCIS. Lots of prayers that this time they do not find anything silly to nit-pic! We have a child out there who needs us! Come On get us that I-797!
